THE PLOT:
Everyone in Whoville, the tall and the small liked Christmas allot, but the Grinch who lived on the top of Mt. Crumpet did
not.
He hated the noise of the kids playing with their toys, he hated the great feast, he even hated the main course, roast
beast. But when Max gets knocked into the snow and looks like Santa, it gives the old miser an evil idea.
To dress just like Santa and steal the toys and in his mind steal Christmas itself.
ZEDD'S OPINION:
Long before Jim Carrey was the Grinch that honor belonged to the one and only Boris Karloff. Who played the Grinch in 1966
TV special directed by Bugs Bunny director Chuck Jones. This has a great song that ran through the whole thing, a song they
used in the live action version. But Thurl Ravenscroft (who played Tony The Tiger) did better. I give it 10 STARS

VOLTRON'S OPINION:
Great, stupendous, Marvelious, Outstanding and it's good too. A true Christmas classic. Boris Karloff did a great job as
the narrator and the Grinch, he was nominated for a Emmy that year. A must see for all fans of the new Grinch movie or Boris
Karloff fan. I too give HOW THE GRINCH STOLE CHRISTMAS 10 STARS
ON THE POSITIVE SIDE (+ HITS):
+ STORY (Chuck Jones' direct translation is great)
+ BORIS KAROFF (A must for all Boris Karloff fans)
+ MUSIC (Your a mean one is a classic jazz piece)
+ ANIMATION (The animation was just great)
+ VOICE OVER ACTORS (All of three, but they did a great job)
AND FINALLY....
ON THE NEGATIVE SIDE (- MISSES):
- FAN BASED (If your not a big fan of the Grinch, Boris Karloff or Christmas, then this isn't for you)
